Returns & Exchanges
We all change our minds sometimes. Maybe you don't absolutely love the fit or want a different style? Not an issue here! We’ll do our best to make returning or exchanging your product as easy as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept any items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Or you can start a return using the button below:
Return & Exchange Policy
Items may only be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt by you.
Returns and exchanges will only be credited if the item is unused, in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of make-up and deodorant marks, stains, perfume or other scents, and/or animal hair and must have the tags attached. You will not be credited for any items you return that are not resalable and we will not ship the items back to you.
We reserve the right to adjust returns if the original items are not received in new condition.
Note that we do not provide return labels for orders from Alaska and Hawaii. We only provide the first 2 return labels at no cost to you, thereafter there is an $8 label fee if you choose for us to provide you with a label.
All items in the Clearance and/or Sale section of the website are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged. All flash sale products are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Note that if returning any items from an order with a discount, the discount will be spread across all of the items on the order.
Where possible please use your original shipping packaging for your return as return packaging will not be provided by Wink Scrubs.
Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed and a credit has been issued.
When applicable "Exchange only" items are eligible for size or style exchanges within the return window (up-charge may be applicable) or returned for store credit.
**We do NOT refund the original shipping charge**
You must follow the process as follows for all returns or exchanges:
You will initiate your return through our website for any items that didn’t work out for you.
If returning or exchanging because you believe the item is defective, you have the choice to go through the website or you may reach out to our Customer Care team via chat on our website or email them directly at CustomerCare@WinkScrubs.com. When reaching out please include your order number, a description, and a picture of the issue for us to better assist you.
If returning items from different orders be sure to include the packing slip emailed to you from the return creation so we know what to expect from each order included in the return package. You may use only one return label if you have multiple returns, but each item you are returning needs a return created for the item.
Updates on your return or exchange will be available to you through the link in your return confirmation email that is sent upon your finalization of the return (PRO TIP: You can also reprint your label from this link if you misplaced it). If you do not receive a return confirmation from us, please reach out to our Customer Care team to check on the status of the return as you may not have finalized the return during the process.
